Morning!
For today we are back with another 'Taha Challenge' !
We are focusing on 'Taha Hinengaro' which is the house all about mental health & emotions. Today we have taken the challenge of meditating for 3-5 minutes ! Lots and lots of thoughts were processed in my head during my time of meditating so I really needed to have time of relaxation. Hope you enjoyed today's challenge! See you tomorrow :)
